References are made to the Company’s First Announcement, announcements dated 20 September 2024, 18 October 2024, 11 March 2025, 20 May 2025, 6 October 2025, 22 October 2025, 18 December 2025 and 22 December 2025 and subsequent monthly announcements relating to GN3.

On 22 December 2025, TA Securities had on behalf of the Company, submitted the application in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities.

As at the date of this announcement, the Proposed Regularisation Plan is pending Bursa Securities' decision.

The Company will make the necessary announcements with regards to any developments on the Proposed Regularisation Plan accordingly.
