The Board of Directors of Metrod (“Board”) wishes to announce that Metrod (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 27 February 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with SAM DONG OHIO, INC., a company incorporated in the United States of America (“Purchaser”), for the disposal of DIP Casting Plant (“Disposal”), for a total consideration of USD4,625,000 (equivalent to approximately RM17,991,250).
