Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1) and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MPay wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance as at 31 December 2025 provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, ManagePay Resources Sdn. Bhd., a licensed money lending company, for the second quarter ended 31 December 2025 was RM 27,656,394.56
FINANCIAL IMPACT Share Capital The provision of financial assistance has no effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of MPay Group for the quarter ended 31 December 2025
Earnings There is no material impact on the earnings per share for the quarter ended 31 December 2025
Net Assets (“NA”) There is no impact on the NA of MPay for the quarter ended 31 December 2025
