We wish to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Forty-First Annual General Meeting ("AGM"):-

(a) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority; and

(b) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for RRPTs.

(collectively referred to as "Proposals")

Shareholders' Mandates for the Proposals above were previously granted by the shareholders at the Fortieth AGM of the Company held on 18 June 2025. In accordance with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the aforesaid Shareholders' Mandates shall expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of the Company, unless renewal is obtained. 

A Statement and Circular to Shareholders containing information on the Proposals will be made available on the Company's corporate website in due course.
