The Board of Directors of KSL HOLDINGS BERHAD is pleased to propose a final dividend of 0.10 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The entitlement date and payment date have not been fixed and will be announced after the AGM.
