We wish to announce that UEMS-C1X expired at 5.00 p.m. on 27 February 2026 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM0.6214 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of UEMS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than UEMS-C1X's Exercise Price of RM0.85, holders of UEMS-C1X will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised UEMS-C1X will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the UEMS-C1X shall terminate absolutely.
