As the Closing Price is lower than SPSETIA-C1A's Exercise Price of RM1.25, holders of SPSETIA-C1A will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SPSETIA-C1A will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SPSETIA-C1A shall terminate absolutely.
