As the Closing Price is lower than IJM-C1N's Exercise Price of RM3.35, holders of IJM-C1N will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised IJM-C1N will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the IJM-C1N shall terminate absolutely.
