TM-C2A - Notice of Book Closure

ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD ("TM") ("TM-C2A") PURSUANT TO A SPECIAL SINGLE-TIER DIVIDEND OF RM0.04 PER ORDINARY SHARE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025 ("SPECIAL DIVIDEND")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 12 Mar 2026

2) The last date of lodgment : 13 Mar 2026

Remarks :

In accordance with Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2024, the Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of TM-C2A will be adjusted as follows:

a. Adjusted Exercise Ratio = E x [(P - D) / P]

b. Adjusted Exercise Price = X x [(P - D) / P]

whereby:

P = Closing price of TM shares on the last market day on which TM shares are traded on a cum-entitlement basis

D = RM0.0400, being the Special Dividend per one (1) TM Share

X = RM7.0800, being the existing Exercise Price of TM-C2A immediately prior to the Special Dividend

E = 5.0000, being the existing Exercise Ratio of TM-C2A immediately prior to the Special Dividend

We shall make the announcement on the actual adjustments to TM-C2A on the Last Cum Date (i.e. 11 March 2026).

No adjustment shall be made to the Exercise Ratio or the Exercise Price if the adjustment would amount to less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio or the Exercise Price being changed.
