The Board of Directors (“Board”) of LYC wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 February 2026, received a notice in writing dated 26 February 2026 from Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT on their resignation as auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 with immediate effect.

The resignation of Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT is based on mutual consent of both parties due to a disagreement on the audit fee.

The Company will appoint another audit firm as the new External Auditors of the Company, and further announcement on the appointment of the new External Auditors of the Company will be made by the Company in due course.

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
