On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, TA Securities Holdings Berhad and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd wish to announce that the Company had on 26 February 2026 entered into a subscription agreement with Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) (“Berjaya Securities”) for the private placement of 46,768,000 new ordinary shares in Citaglobal (“Subscription Shares”) to Berjaya Securities at the subscription price of RM0.90 per Subscription Share (“Proposed Private Placement”).
