The Board of Directors of Greater Bay Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Statement Accompanying Notice of Annual General Meeting to shareholders containing of the abovementioned proposal will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
