BONUS ISSUE OF 108,216,525 WARRANTS IN AGX GROUP BERHAD ("AGB" OR THE "COMPANY") ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 4 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN AGB HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS ON 13 FEBRUARY 2026 AT 5.00 P.M. ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 4 new AGB Shares at the exercise price of RM0.70 at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period"), subject to any adjustments that may be made from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dates 28 January 2026. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose and shall be cancelled and treated to have been cancelled forthwith. If the maturity date of the Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it will fall on the preceding market day. The announcement is dated 26 February 2026.
