The Board of Directors of Innoprise Plantations Berhad ("IPB") wishes to announce that the Company proposed to seek approval from its shareholders on the Proposed Renewal of the Existing Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders of the Company which set out the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
