We wish to announce that SUNCON-C46 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 February 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of SUNCON-C46 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SUNCON-C46 x (RM6.4980 - RM5.9623) x (1/5.77)
= Number of SUNCON-C46 x RM0.0928
The Closing Price of RM6.4980 was determined based on the average closing price of the SUNCON Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount, less all exercise expenses (currently borne by the Issuer and no charge shall be incurred by the Holder) shall be made by way of electronic payment or cheque within 7 Market Days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to Holders by ordinary post.
