We wish to announce that ZETRIX-C9G has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 February 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

= Number of ZETRIX-C9G x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of ZETRIX-C9G x (RM0.8270 - RM0.9800) x (1/2.5)
= Number of ZETRIX-C9G x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.8270 was determined based on the average closing price of the ZETRIX Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised ZETRIX-C9G will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to ZETRIX-C9G shall terminate absolutely.
