We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 50,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DRBHCOM by way of market making.

The DRBHCOMC4B is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The DRBHCOMC4B is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The DRBHCOMC4B is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under DRBHCOMC4B are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
