Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the same.
Further to the Company’s announcement dated 26 November 2025, the Board of Directors of Infoline wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the MOU between University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering and Infoline IT Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company as the internship programme is still ongoing.
