In conjunction with the Company’s listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 13 August 2024 (“Listing”), the Company raised gross proceeds of RM17.820 million through a public issue of new shares (“IPO Proceeds”). As at 24 February 2026, the Company and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) has utilised approximately RM16.343 million from the total IPO Proceeds, with a remaining balance of RM1.477 million to be utilised for the expansion of the packaging facility.

The Board of Directors of SCB (“Board”) wishes to announce that it has deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for utilising the remaining IPO Proceeds of approximately RM1.477 million for the purpose of expansion of the packaging facility for an additional six (6) months, from 13 February 2026 to 13 August 2026 (“Extension of Time”).
