The Board of Directors of MEB is pleased to recommend a first and final tax exempt dividend of 3.50 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The declaration of the first and final tax exempt dividend is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The dividend entitlement and payment dates will be determined by the Board of Directors at a later date.
