Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning defined in the Company’s announcements dated 5 August 2022, 10 August 2022, 12 August 2022, 6 September 2022, 17 October 2022, 19 December 2022, 22 December 2023, 10 January 2024, 6 December 2024, 10 December 2024, 7 January 2025, 9 April 2025, 2 October 2025 and 11 February 2026 (collectively, the “Announcements”) except where the context otherwise requires.

We refer to the Company’s Announcements on the above matter and wish to announce that FFM had on 23 February 2026 received from MyCC’s solicitors (a) an originating summons dated 13 February 2026; and (b) an affidavit in support; seeking, inter alia, leave of the High Court for the CAT’s Decision to be registered and enforced against FFM as a judgment of the High Court pursuant to Section 59 of the Competition Act 2010.

The Company further wishes to announce that FFM had on 23 February 2026 filed an application at the High Court for leave to institute judicial review proceedings against the CAT’s Decision and a stay order in respect of the CAT’s Decision and the MyCC’s Decision, including all enforcement, execution, recovery or consequential proceedings, pending the full and final disposal of the judicial review proceedings.

Further announcements will be made when there is any material development on this matter.
