EDELTEQ - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Bonus issue of up to 292,894,596 free warrants in Edelteq Holdings Berhad ("Edelteq" or the "Company") ("Warrant(s)") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares in Edelteq held by the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Company's Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 11 March 2026 ("Entitled Shareholders") at an exercise price of RM0.35 per Warrant

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 10 Mar 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 11 Mar 2026

Remarks :

The Warrants will be credited into the Entitled Shareholders' central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company prior to the listing and quotation for the Warrants.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 19 March 2026.
