The Board of Directors of Cropmate is pleased to announce the proposed final single tier dividend of 0.6 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.  The said proposed dividend is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.  The details of the book closure date and payment date will be announced at a later date.
