We refer to the previous announcements dated 24 November 2025, 28 November 2025 and 22 December 2025 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said announcements shall apply herein.
The Company wishes to announce that VC and CPD have mutually agreed to extend the time for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent as set out in JVA for a further extension of time of two (2) months with an additional one (1) month extension, if required, from 23 February 2026 up to 22 May 2026, to allow the Parties additional time to fulfil the said conditions precedent.
