Unless otherwise stated, all terms and definitions used herein shall retain the same meaning as those defined in the previous Company’s announcements dated 5 December 2025, 9 December 2025 and 30 January 2026.

Further to the Company’s announcements dated 5 December 2025, 9 December 2025 and 30 January 2026, the Board of Directors of JSB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has, at a hearing held earlier today, made the following orders in respect of the Originating Summons filed by the Plaintiff:

(a) The Originating Summons is dismissed with cost of RM20,000.00 to be paid by the Plaintiff to JSB, subject to allocator; and

(b) The undertaking not to issue and allot shares to any proposed new investors pursuant to the resolution relating to the Proposed Private Placement passed at the Postponed EGM held on 4 December 2025 is discharged.

Following the above, the Board wishes to announce that there is no longer any legal impediment for the Company to proceed with the issuance and allotment of shares pursuant to the approval which was sought and obtained from the shareholders of the Company via resolution 1 (in respect of the Proposed Private Placement) at the Postponed EGM held on 4 December 2025.
