Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 12 and 19 of February 2026 in relation to the proposed Extraordinary General Meeting intended to be convened by 15 purported Requisitionists on 27 February 2026 (“Proposed EGM”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company’s Announcement.

The Company wishes to announce that :-

(a) the 15 purported requisitionists do not collectively hold not less than 10% of the issued share capital of the Company at all material times; and

(b) On 20 February 2026, the Company had received a letter from one of the 15 purported requisitionists, declaring that he ‘had never signed any documents authorizing the Notices to be submitted to the Company or any party to convene an extraordinary general meeting.'.

Based on the above, the Proposed EGM is:-

(a) invalid/illegal; and

(b) a result of conspiracy including but not limited to forgery.

The Company shall take immediate legal action against the relevant parties. In the meantime, the Company wishes to advise all members of the Company not to take part and/or participate in the Proposed EGM in whatever manner.
