Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 12 February 2026 in relation to the Notice of EGM dated 12 February 2026 of the Company to be held on Friday, 27 February 2026 (“EGM”) and announcement made on 19 February 2026 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company’s Announcements.
The Board of Directors (“Board”) of JSB wishes to announce that the Company had on 19 February 2026, been served with an unsealed copy of the originating summons (“Originating Summons”) filed in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur by the Plaintiff, against the Defendants in relation to the EGM.
