Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 12 February 2026 in respect of a Notice of EGM dated 12 February 2026 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company’s Announcement.

The Company wishes to announce that the announcement was made based on recently discovered misleading information provided by the 15 requisitionists listed below:

The Company has discovered that some of the requisitionists were not, in fact, members of the Company.

As a result, the Company has appointed its legal counsel, Datuk Chong Loong Men, to provide legal advice to the Company regarding this matter.
