The Board of Directors ("Board") of Spritzer is pleased to announce that the Board has resolved to extend the Company's existing SGP, which is expiring on 29 September 2026, for a further period of one (1) year to 29 September 2027, in accordance with the terms of the By-Laws. This extension is not subject to any approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the shareholders of the Company.
The appropriate notices on the extension will be served to the eligible SGP grantees in due course.
