Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.

The Board wishes to inform that Zelan Berhad had on 13 February 2026 received the Sealed Court Order. Pursuant to the Sealed Court Order, the High Court has allowed Zelan Berhad for leave to convene a court-convened meeting of its creditors to consider the proposed scheme of arrangement pursuant to the Companies Act 2016.

The Company will make the necessary announcements once a meeting date has been fixed.

For information, the ad interim restraining order granted in favour of Zelan Berhad remains valid until 26 February 2026, subject to further extension (if any).
