Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had approved the listing of the rights issue shares with warrants ("Rights Issue with Warrants"), which was subsequently completed on 23 December 2025 following the listing and quotation of 1,393,301,116 Rights Share and 464,433,705 Warrants A on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. EHB is required to provide quarterly updates on the status of the utilisation of proceeds in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants. 

In view of the above, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the quarterly update on the status of the utilisation of proceeds in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants.
