On 23 December 2016, AMMB Holdings Berhad announced that its indirect wholly-owned dormant subsidiary, AmResearch Sdn Bhd (“AmResearch”) had commenced members’ voluntary winding-up. 


Further thereto, we wish to inform that the members’ voluntary winding-up procedures have been completed and therefore AmResearch will be dissolved on 18 February 2026.
