Reference is made to the previous announcements in relation to the Regularisation Plan.
The Board is proposing to obtain a new shareholders resolution in respect of the Share Capital Reduction (which has been approved by shareholders of the Company at the extraordinary general meeting on 21 October 2024) in order to comply with the requirements under Section 117(1) of the Companies Act 2016 on the filing of the notice to Companies Commission of Malaysia stating inter-alia the date of the resolution within 7 days from passing of the resolution for the Share Capital Reduction.
For avoidance of doubts, there is no variation to the terms of the Regularisation Plan which has been approved by shareholders of the Company on 21 October 2024.
Further details of the proposed new resolution for share capital reduction will be set out in the circular to shareholders of the Company to be issued in due course.
