The Board of Directors of the Company had on 12 February 2026 approved the change of the Company's financial year end from 31 March to 30 June. The next financial year will commence from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2026, covering a period of 15 months. The rationale for the change is to avoid the peak financial reporting period in March. The change will also enable the Group to strengthen its operations and focus more effectively on the Group's business plans.
