The Board of Directors of Critical Holdings is pleased to announce that Critical Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 12 February 2026 been awarded with a contract worth RM34,966,220.00, to undertake the design and build, testing and commissioning a new cleanroom production floor, involving mechanical, electrical and process utilities, and cleanroom architecture system, at the manufacturing plant in Batu Kawan Industrial Zone (BKIZ), from a renowned US based multinational corporation which offers computer memory and computer data storage system for industrial IoT solutions.

The aforesaid work is expected to complete by 30 June 2026.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2026 and 30 June 2027.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them has any direct/indirect interest in the Contracts.

Other than the normal operational risks associated with the Contracts, the Company does not anticipate any exceptional risks.
