The Board of Directors of Seal (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Daiman Majumas Sdn Bhd (“DMSB” or “Purchaser”), had on 11 February 2026 entered into a share sale agreement (“SSA”) with Biopolis Group Sdn Bhd (“BGSB” or “Vendor”) for the proposed acquisition of 400,000 ordinary shares in MWHSB (“MWHSB Shares”) (“Sale Shares”), representing 20.00% of the existing issued ordinary share capital of MWHSB, by DMSB from BGSB at a total cash consideration of RM15.00 million (“Purchase Consideration”).
The SSA became effective on 11 February 2026, being the date of execution of the SSA.
