Reference is made to AWC’s announcements on 5 November 2025, 21 March 2025 and 6 August 2024 in relation to the arbitration between Trackwork & Supplies Sdn. Bhd. ("the Claimant") and Emrail Sdn. Bhd. ("the Respondent").

The Board wishes to inform that the Claimant received the Final Award of the Arbitrator Tribunal dated 29 October 2025 (“the Award”) whereby the Arbitrator had awarded and directed that the Respondent to pay the Claimant. The Respondent has filed originating summons with its affidavit in support at the Shah Alam High Court to set aside the Award. The Claimant is challenging this and shall file its affidavit in reply accordingly.

The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the aforesaid arbitration.
