The Board of Directors of TXCD (“Board”) wishes to announce that Ageson Kensetsu Sdn Bhd (“Ageson Kensetsu”), the indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 11 February 2026 received and accepted two (2) letter of awards (“LOAs”) from Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd (“VRSB”), to carry out the sub-contract works for the following works:-

1. Construct and complete the structure and architectural works for podium for a project located at Lot 1666, 1667, 1668 & 1669, Sek 41, Lorong Raja Uda 2, Mukim Bandar Kuala Lumpur Wilayah Persekutuan (“Project 1”); and
2. Construct and complete the structure works (Podium) and external works (Road & Drainage Works within Boundary)  to a project located at Lot 124, Lot 125, Lot 126, Lot 127 & Lot 128, Seksyen 44, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (“Project 2”).
