Further to the Company’s Announcements dated 5 February 2026 and 9 February 2026 whereas pursuant to Part C of Appendix 10A of the ACE Market Listing Requirements, the Board wishes to provide further information as follows: (i) The Net Book Value of the sale properties based on the Company’s latest audited financial statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2024 is RM25,922,000.00; and (ii) No valuation was carried out for the Sale Properties as the disposal was based on a verbally discussion with the agent and a review of the surrounding market conditions.
