We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SUNCON by way of market making.

The SUNCON-C60 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The SUNCON-C60 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The SUNCON-C60 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 June 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 27 August 2025, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 06 November 2025 and the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 06 February 2026. The obligations of CLSASM under SUNCON-C60 are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025.
