Further to the announcements made on 14 November 2025, 3 December 2025 and 5 January 2026.
The Board of Directors of Midtown wishes to inform the following:-
(i) The case management was held on 9 February 2026 to update the filing of records of appeal. (ii) The Appellant informed the Court that the records of appeal were in order, except for the Grounds of Judgment and Notes of Proceedings. (iii) The Court directed as follow: (a) Parties to file written submission by 11 September 2026; (b) Parties to file reply of written submission by 9 October 2026; (c) The Appellant to file Joint Scott Schedule and Chronology of Events by 23 November 2026; and (d) The hearing is fixed on 10 December 2026.
Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
