We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the MRDIY Shares.
MRDIY-C60 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 November 2025 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. MRDIY-C60 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 10 February 2026.
MRDIY-C60 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of MRDIY-C60 is set out in the attachment. |
