The Board of Directors of Sapura Industrial Berhad ("SIB" or “Company”) wishes to announce that SIB ZZT Sdn. Bhd. [Company Registration No. 202501048370 (1649778-X)] (“SIB ZZT”), 51% owned by SIB Ventures Sdn. Bhd. [Company Registration No. 202401044576 (1590422-M)] (a wholly owned subsidiary of SIB) (“SIBV”) had on 6 February 2026 executed a Product and Material Supply Agreement ("Supply Agreement") with EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. [Company Registration No. 202201032212 (1477909-M)] (“EVE Malaysia”) for the supply of products and materials by SIB ZZT to EVE Malaysia.
