Further to the announcement made on 3 February 2026, the Board of Directors of Pintaras Jaya Berhad wishes to add that the Letter of Award dated 2 February 2026 was given by an established contractor and developer involved in infrastructure and property projects based in Sarawak.

The scope of the contract involves the construction of a bridge with an approximate length of 160 meters. Work is scheduled to commence immediately and is expected to be completed by the second half of 2028.
