(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 27 November 2024 in relation to the Proposals, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.) Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 27 November 2024, 13 January 2025, 24 January 2025, 4 March 2025, 17 April 2025, 18 April 2025, 15 May 2025, 16 May 2025, 9 September 2025, 8 December 2025, 9 January 2026 and 14 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the acquisition of the Development Land (“Acquisition of Development Land”) has been completed on 30 January 2026 following the issuance of 95,625,000 Consideration ICPS-B to the parties nominated by Tree Technologies on even date. Further, the JVA ceased to have any further effect or force following the exercise of rights by Citaglobal Property Development Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sinergi Dayang Sdn Bhd) under the Option Agreement to acquire the Development Land from Tree Technologies and the completion of the Acquisition of Development Land on 30 January 2026.
