Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 April 2025, 14 April 2025, 28 May 2025, 18 August 2025, 30 September 2025, 18 November 2025 and 9 January 2026.
The Company wishes to announce that the Case Management for the Legal Suit scheduled on 30 January 2026 has been heard. The Court has directed the parties to file the Common Issues to be Tried by the next Case Management, which is fixed on 5 March 2026. At the upcoming Case Management, the parties are required to update the Court on the compliance status of the direction.
All other directions and the trial dates for the Legal Suit, as announced on 18 November 2025, remain unchanged.
Further development on the Legal Suit will be announced in due course.
