The Board of Directors of MTAG (“Board”) wishes to announce that on 30 January 2026, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, MTAG Land Sdn. Bhd. (“MTAG Land” or the “Purchaser” [Company No. 202001009182 (1365502-H)], had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Grand Focus Sdn. Bhd. (“Grand Focus” or the “Vendor”) [Company No. 199101009733 (220045-H)] for acquisition of the land held under Geran 37995 Lot 25948, in the Mukim of Tebrau, District of Johor Bahru, Johor (“Land”) for a total purchase consideration of RM53,581,863.42 (“the Proposed Acquisition”).
