The Company wishes to announce that it had on 28 January 2026, received (1) a Special Notice: Notice of Intention to Move Resolutions, (2) a Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 27 February 2026, and (3) notices of nomination, from a group of shareholders who have represented that they collectively hold not less than ten per centum (10%) of the total number of issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the Company (“Group of Shareholders”).

The resolutions proposed under the said notice relate, inter alia, to the removal of all the directors of the Company and the appointment of new directors proposed by such Group of Shareholders.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to emphasize that it is currently assessing the said notices and is seeking legal advice in relation thereto, including the validity, procedural requirements and implications of the same.

Shareholders will be informed of any material developments as and when appropriate.
