On behalf of the Board of Directors of ETA ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company intends to undertake the proposed diversification of the existing business of ETA and its subsidiaries ("ETA Group" or the "Group") to include the business of property development, property management, and property investment, as well as construction and construction-related activities, including the trading and supply of construction materials ("Property and Construction Business") ("Proposed Diversification").
