The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Federal Court has  fixed Bellajade's Appeal for hearing on 31 March 2026.

The Judicial Management proceedings and Bellajade’s Winding-Up proceedings remain stayed pending the disposal of Bellajade's Appeal.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in due course.
